This D-18 "Ambertone" is an absolutely striking guitar and it has the balanced tone you hope for in a good mahogany dread! It features a Sitka spruce top, mahogany back & sides, Ambertone finish on the top, and an ebony fingerboard & bridge. It also features some vintage-inspired specs including forward-shifted scalloped x bracing, tortoise style binding, and a 1 3/4" nut width. The neck is Martin's modified "Low Oval" with "Performing Artist Taper", which makes for a very comfortable experience for the fretting hand. Includes the original case.
