SHIPPING/INSURANCE
Lowe Vintage ships UPS Ground fully insured in the United States unless otherwise requested. We ship most instruments free to the lower 48, but sometimes free shipping isn’t possible depending on the buyer’s location or the instrument’s value. In the event that shipping charges will be necessary, actual shipping charges will be calculated once your order is received. International customers, please contact us regarding shipping options.

APPROVAL PERIOD
Once you have received your shipment, you have 72 hours to thoroughly inspect the instrument. If there is a problem with the instrument that we cannot resolve to your satisfaction, we will gladly refund your purchase price less shipping and insurance charges. We ask that you notify us immediately of your intention to return the instrument and that you ship it to us as soon as possible. It must be insured for the full purchase price, and we urge you to use the same box and packaging for the return

REFUNDS
We will promptly issue your refund for the full purchase price of the instrument, less original shipping costs, as soon as it arrives at Lowe Vintage in the same condition as it was sold.
