This beautiful D-18 has been played its fair share in the past five decades, but you can tell that it was also well taken care of. The neck has been previously reset, a new taller saddle was installed, and the guitar received a full refret....as a result the guitar plays very well! There has been some finish touch up and overspray on the neck heel where a strap button was installed and the heel cap was damaged cosmetically (but no evidence of any cracks or breaks at the heel), and a repair to the bass side that was touched up and received overspray. There is also a minor crack at the outside edge of the pickguard. A K&K Pure Mini pickup (our favorite!) was installed and the end pin was enlarged to accommodate a 1/4" jack. As with everything we sell, this guitar has been set up and evaluated by our expert in-house luthier and is ready for years of playing enjoyment! Comes in a newer Martin modeled hardshell case.
