Description:

This nice playing 1929 Gibson TB-1 Conversion features an uncut “Fatboy” rim and 1/4” brass hoop, and is still accompanied by the original tenor neck (with “Coke bottle” headstock) & tenor case. The neck is a very nice maple conversion neck of unknown provenance, previously fitted to the pot by Don Bryant. The original tension hoop and flange have been replaced, as has the arm rest. Has a new frosted head, modern Presto style tailpiece, and recent set up. Comes in a modern hardshell case.
