1930s Gibson RB-00
SOLD
Case: Newer hardshell
Description:

With the exception of a modern Remo head and a Snuffy Smith bridge, this banjo has all the original parts it had when it left the Gibson factory 80 or so years ago. The back of the neck shows play wear, but the back of the resonator is in pristine condition. Whoever owned it played it but took exceptional care of it. This is a great sounding non-Mastertone model...even without a tone ring and sporting the 0.5" wood rim it can hold its own in most any jam. And this is another one that anyone looking to lighten the load would find a true joy to play.
