We have had the good fortune to have several Earl Scruggs models over the years, but I can honestly say we’ve never had a cleaner example than this one in our shop. We purchased it from the original owner who had bought it from a music store in SC back in January of 1990. This was from the era when Gibson was doing it right again and it shows: the fit and finish are excellent, and the tone is all there. Every inch of this one is factory original and comes with the original pink lined coffin case.
