2001 Taylor 855
SOLD
Case: Original hardshell case
Description:

Some of Bob Taylor’s earliest 1970’s creations were jumbo 12 strings, one of which even made it Neil Young & Crazy Horse’s 1978 “Rust Never Sleeps” tour. Since then, they’ve been known to make some of the most playable 12 strings around. This early 2000’s 855 features a Sitka spruce top, three-piece Indian rosewood back & sides, bound mahogany neck with 1 7/8” nut width, ebony fingerboard & bridge, drop-in compensated bone saddle, multi-ply body binding with abalone rosette, beautiful sunburst finish and gold Grover tuners. The guitar is in excellent cosmetic condition, and comes in the original hardshell case.
