This D-42 was clearly someone’s prized guitar that spent much of its time in the case. Cosmetically it’s in fantastic overall condition and features a Sitka spruce top with forward-shifted X-bracing, East Indian rosewood back & sides, solid Mahogany neck, “Modified Low Oval, High Performance Taper” neck profile, ebony fingerboard with Snowflake inlays, ebony bridge with drop-in bone saddle, grained ivoroid bindings, abalone top trim & rosette (including fingerboard extension), and gold open-gear tuners. 1 3/4” nut width. Comes in the original hardshell case.
