This 1968 D-35 is an exceptionally nice example featuring a Sitka spruce top with a small rosewood bridge plate, Brazilian rosewood back & sides (3-piece back), mahogany neck with ebony fingerboard, ebony bridge with drop-in saddle, and Grover tuners. There is a wear spot on the back of the neck around the 9th fret that was touched up, and a small crack on the outer edge of the pickguard that was glued. Aside from those two minor points, the guitar is untouched. The original frets show some wear under the unwound strings through the first three or four frets, but clearly the guitar was only brought out occasionally. Comes in the original hardshell case.
