Description:

This EB-0 hails from earlier in 1969, before the switch to the slotted headstock design late in the year. This particular example is in very nice condition and features the SG-style mahogany body, three-piece mahogany neck with Brazilian rosewood fingerboard, original “mudbucker” single coil pickup, two CTS pots both dating to 1969 (29th week on one, week covered by solder on the other), original “witch hat” knobs, original two-point bridge with adjustable nylon saddles, original bridge cover, original beveled edge pickguard with thumb rest, and the original open-gear tuners with cloverleaf metal buttons. Currently set up with flat wounds, and comes in the original chipboard case.
