I wanted to give an update and offer a little more clarity on what’s going on and why the showroom is currently closed. As you know, we’re a small father/son operation, and on Sunday my dad experienced “sudden cardiac death” while out with my mom. A Good Samaritan and real-life hero named Jose Moreno immediately started life-saving CPR until EMTs arrived, who were able to revive him. They say he was gone for about 6 minutes. He is doing well and will make a full recovery, thanks to the actions of Jose. Obviously it will take some time for him to get back on his feet, and my band will be touring today, December 11th, through December 22nd.
We will post updates as we can, but I expect the showroom will be closed through Christmas. We will still be answering emails and inquires as we can, and instruments are still available for purchase (although there will obviously be a delay in shipping). We appreciate your patience & understanding as we work through this! -Will Lowe
