The 3/4 size (22.75" scale) ES-140 was essentially a smaller version of the ES-175 produced from 1950 until 1957, marketed to younger players and those with smaller hands. This guitar features all the standard appointments for the model: mahogany neck with Brazilian fingerboard, maple laminate body, trapeze tailpiece, and a single P-90. The pickguard and tuner buttons appear to be non-original. This guitar is in very good shape...there is a bit of finish wear on the neck in first position, a small amount of buckle wear on the back, and finish checking on the body and headstock. Comes in the original hardshell case.
