This Dearstone F-5 was built in 1982, and retopped by Ray Dearstone in 2010. It sports a Red spruce top with tone bar bracing, flamed maple back & sides, maple neck with a somewhat chunky "V" profile and 1.17" nut width, flat ebony fingerboard with scooped extension, adjustable ebony bridge, gold engraved tailpiece, and gold open-gear tuners. The mandolin received a fret job before going out for sale and plays very well. Comes in a hardshell case.
