New price! To call this Santa Cruz Firefly a "travel guitar" would seem an insult to its first-rate workmanship and beautiful build materials. The Firefly was certainly designed with the traveling musician in mind with its 24" scale and 13" body width, but it's a whole lot more than a toy to lug around in the camper! This guitar was custom ordered with Brazilian rosewood back & sides, tinted Italian "Bear Claw" spruce top, Koa bindings, custom rosette and top purfling, gold Gotoh 510 tuners, abalone logo, side markers & bridge inlays, and fossilized bridge pins, saddle & nut. According to Santa Cruz, the replacement value for a Firefly today with these specifications would be well over $20,000. And boy is it fun to play! Comes housed in the original Ameritage hardshell case.
