The D-18V is one of my personal favorite models; vintage-inspired specs with some modern features. It sports a Sitka spruce top with aging toner, forward-shifted & scalloped 5/16” braces, mahogany neck with “Modified V” profile and 1 11/16” nut width, ebony fingerboard, ebony bridge with long saddle & 2 1/8” string spacing, and Gotoh open-gear tuners. This guitar has had a previous neck reset and fret work; the action and saddle height are ideal, and the frets show very little wear since presumably being dressed. There is a small area of shirt button wear on the  bass side lower bout where the arm rests on the top, a few assorted clear coat dings on the top, and a scratch in the clear coat below the bridge that didn’t break the finish. The guitar presents extremely well for its age and has had all the necessary maintenance taken care of. Comes in the original hardshell case.
