The D-18GL was a Gordon Lightfoot limited edition guitar capped at 61 instruments. This guitar, number 38 of 61, features an Engelmann spruce top with vintage toner, quilted mahogany back & sides, forward-shifted scalloped x-bracing, mahogany neck with low oval profile & 1 11/16” nut, ebony fingerboard, ebony bridge with drop-in saddle, and Gotoh open-gear tuners. The 12th fret features a pearl inlay of the Edmund Fitzgerald, Gordon’s signature inlaid between the 19th and 20th frets, and an interior label numbered and signed by Gordon and C.F. Martin IV. The guitar is in spectacular cosmetic condition with virtually no signs of playwear. Comes in the original hardshell case.
