This late 80's SG is from the pre-Custom Shop/Historic era, and was one of Gibson's first attempts at an early 60's reissue SG. It features a small guard, one-piece mahogany neck with slim 60's profile, nickel hardware, and the original, Bill Lawrence designed "circuit breaker" pickups. Cosmetically  the guitar is in great shape with average play wear on the top and back. The guitar is set up well and plays great on original frets. Clocks in at only 6.8 pounds! Comes in the original hardshell case with pink lining.
