Introduced in the mid 1940’s as an entry level 16” artchtop, this later L-48 still features the laminate all-mahogany construction of earlier models, paired with a mahogany neck with a rounded profile. The pickguard, tailpiece, and bridge are all original to the instrument; it currently sports a set of replacement tuners. This particular guitar features excellent playability across the neck with low action as set up with .12-.52 strings. Comes in a gig bag.
