New price! This '99 D1A (serial number 5018) is a standard D1 model with an upgraded Adirondack top. Other features are standard "18" appointments: mahogany back, sides & neck, ebony fingerboard & bridge, pearl dot position markers, tortoise bindings, drop-in saddle, 1 3/4" nut width, and Waverly tuning machines. Label signed by Bill Collings. Cosmetically the guitar was well cared for and is in fine condition for a 20-year old instrument; there is a small pick mark on the bass side of the top and general handling wear on the back and sides.
