Banker Guitars out of Georgia are part of the Gibson Authorized Partnership Program, allowing them to build Gibson designs like the Explorer, Flying V, and double cut Junior. Named the "Leslie DC" in honor of the great Leslie West, this double cut features a Honduran mahogany body & neck, TonePros stop tail, ThroBak P90, vintage-style Kluson tuning machines, and a nitrocellulose "TV Yellow" finish, all put together with hide glue construction. The thin lacquer finish shows some finish checking, and will continue to age and wear with play (as it should!). The neck is a thin, even tapered profile measuring .914" at the 1st, .920 at the 12th.
