The Deering “Golden Wreath” features a 3-ply, 11” violin-grade maple rim, Deering -06 20-hole polished & un-plated bell bronze tone ring, mahogany neck with traditional fuller neck shape, deeper mahogany resonator for more resonance, ebony fingerboard with mother-of-pearl “Hearts & Flowers” inlays, Deering tailpiece, bone nut, and Deering planetary tuners with geared 5th string tuner. Cosmetically the banjo is in excellent shape; the hardware shows some expected minor tarnishing, but the back of the neck & resonator are both in excellent shape. The finish on the headstock shows some clouding and some minor bubbling, mostly on the face of the headstock around the nut. Comes in the original hardshell case.
