This 1917 Gibson F-2 is probably the nicest example we've come across! In terms of originality, it's all there: the finish, bridge, frets, nut, tuners and pickguard are all original to the instrument. The Handel tuners have held up very well, as has the pickguard. There is a single small, stable crack in the side in the cutaway; there has been no other damage or repairs. The mandolin plays extremely well and has that distinctive oval hole sound. Comes in the original hardshell case.
